- The Club to be called Moreton Angling Club.
    - Object: By the purchase of or renting of suitable waters to provide angling facilities
        for its Members.
- Management: The Management of the Club shall be conducted by a Committee, which shall
        consist of a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership and Competitions Secretary
        and 5 (five) other Members. If any Officer holds two positions then the Committee
        shall consist of 6 (six) other Members. All such Officers and Members to be elected
        at the AGM and shall hold office up to the close of the next AGM, but shall be eligible
        for re-election. The Committee shall have the power to co-opt Members of the Committee.
        The Committee can second proposals at AGM but not individually.
- The Committee shall meet at least six times a year and five shall form a Quorum.
- That the AGM shall be held on the last Friday in March, at the Stow Social Club,
        Stow on the Wold at 8pm.
    - The accounts of the Club shall be made up to the 28th of February each year, audited
        and presented at the AGM
- All propositions and amendments for the consideration of the AGM must be in writing
        and must be in the Secretary’s hands 14 days before the date of the meeting. No repeat
        proposals from members for 3 years.
- The annual renewals start on June 1st. Members wishing to night fish at Adlestrop
        and Bourton Lakes, there are 55 Night Syndicate Permits available at an extra cost.
        Members wishing to apply must have held Membership for the entire previous season
        prior to applying. (1 year)
    - Membership: shall be open to all persons irrespective of place of residence. All
        applications for Membership to be subject to the approval of the Committee. Membership
        (junior) age limit is up to 16 years. Juniors must be accompanied by a Senior Member
        when fishing Club Waters, with the one exception of juniors of 14 years and over
        who may fish Adlestrop Lake unaccompanied by a Senior Member, provided the Secretary
        receives a letter of consent from the parent(s)/guardian.
    - If required, all Members must be willing to give their name and address and show
        their Club Card to (1) the owner of the land on which the Club have their fishing
        rights (2) any Member of the Committee (3) any Bailiff (4) any other Member.
- Coarse fishing on Club Waters is allowed from: read all Club Water locations for
        exact permitted dates allowed at each location. 
- Cloud bait is permitted on all club waters, but Members are requested to use it in
        moderation.
- That all bank-side swims and areas for bivouac must not be cleared unless it is with
        the agreement of the Committee and or supervised by Bailiffs. No bivouacs to be left
        unattended at any time. That any Member leaving litter, committing willful damage
        to banks, fences, adjoining crops, or trespassing in mowing grass, failing to close
        and fasten gates, shall be liable to be expelled from the Club. That the responsibility
        for clearing up litter in the vicinity of a person’s swim is the responsibility of
        that person, whether or not they caused the litter. 
- The taking of any fish by other means than by rod and line is strictly prohibited.
- No radio sets, guns, boats of any description or dogs to be taken to waters where
        you fish. With the exception of remote controlled bait boats, allowed only on B.O.W.
        Lake. No maggots dyed with Crysodine, Rhodamine or Auromine dyes to be used. Tiger
        nuts also banned. Bloodworm and Joker banned from 1st April until 1st October. No
        alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on any Club Waters.
- That no Member will fish with more than 2 rods whilst fishing Club Waters, with the
        exception of  B.O.W. Lake where 3 rods are permitted between 1st November and 31st
        March inc, upon a fee of £5.00 to use a 3rd rod, paid at the time of renewal of Membership.
        These rods to be spaced not more than 6ft apart.
- All fish to be returned alive to Club Waters with the exception of Trout, E.A. size
        limits apply.
- The Committee shall have the power to expel or discipline any Member breaking any
        Bye-Law. Before any Member shall be disciplined by the Committee the Member has the
        right to appeal in person and bring such witness as he or she may require.
19. Day membership to fish Adlestrop Lake is available to non members at £5.00. Visitor’s
    tickets are available on B.O.W. Lake at £5.00 each and should be purchased by a Full
    Member in advance.
20. All hooks on all Club Waters must be barbless. Pre-baiting and use of live bait
    on all Club Waters is prohibited. The Committee requests that all types of bait including
    ground bait that are surplus to requirements shall not be thrown into any Club Waters.
    They further request that carp mats and an antiseptic treatment are carried to treat
    hook holds and any other wounds, and 15lb minimum line for Pike Fishing.
21. A keepnet or any other form of retaining fish ban may be imposed on any Club
    Water at any time if the Committee deems it necessary; any Contests affected by a
    ban will be exempt but will be a maximum of 3 hours duration. Chairman, Secretary
    & Competition Secretary can impose ban if a situation requires immediate action,
    any ban to be ratified by Committee as soon as possible.
    - DISSOLUTION
(1)If at any General Meeting of the Club, a resolution be passed calling for the
    dissolution of the Club, the Secretary shall immediately convene a Special General
    Meeting of the Club to be held not less than one month thereafter to discuss and
    vote on the resolution.
(2) If at that Special General Meeting, the resolution is carried by at least two-thirds
    of the Full Members present at the meeting, the Committee shall thereupon, or at
    such date as shall have been specified in the resolution, proceed to release the
    assets of the Club and discharge all debts and liabilities of the Club.
(3)      After discharging all debts and liabilities of the Club, the remaining assets
    shall not be paid or distributed amongst the Full Members of the Club, but shall
    be given or transferred to some other voluntary organization having objects similar
    to those of the Club.
